Like for example can i say "why the heck ?" And is it correct if i say that? Ps:i am only asking for "why the heck....." Not the version with "why the heck not......"

You can use heck with almost all of the phrases you use hell with. Like instead of saying what the hell you can say what the heck. So yes you are using heck right :)
