No. Once a program is shut down, it no longer utilizes RAM. RAM is Random Access Memory. It is memory that gets used by a program that is currently running. The more programs you use, the more RAM you utilize. If you are using a large amount of RAM, your computer speeds start to slow down. The operating system on your computer ALONE utilizes some of your RAM (about 4 MB of RAM). This includes opening windows, starting up programs, etc... When your processing speeds start to slow down, usually there is a RAM issue. You could either a) get more RAM (found in memory cards), b) get a spyware detector and have it find and delete the spyware on your computer, or c) delete some non-essential programs you don't need.

well shut -up is just a term to tell some one to be quiet(if you didn't know that your sad and confused) .......but shut doesn't have to be shut a door more like shut your mouth to stop talking..... up would be more like ......... well i don't know but ....... no one created it that's like who created a joke it just travels and it can be created by one to thousands of people at one time...... best not to think about it too much
