"juat in time" stands for when you arrive somewhere exactly before the deadline or before it was late.

the best example I can give you is when you see that train is about to move and you are running downstairs to catch it and as soon as you enter, the door of the train closes. In this kinda situation I tell myself"oh i was just in time"

Cause if U were late u wouldn't have been able to catch the train.

this is the best example i could give you :)

It means it happened at the exact right time... and usually denotes you were nearly late and missed it.

We arrived at the graduation ceremony just in time . They said my name as we entered the door. I ran to the platform just in time to receive my diploma

Also used .. Just in the nick of time.

At the last minute. for example, if you have an assignment to hand in by 6.00 and you hand it in at 5.59, you are just in time.

If your class starts at 9.00 and you arrive at 8.58, you are just in time.

Hope this helps
