There is nothing wrong with it; it is just too long. It is advisable to have a resume that consists of 1 page. Try to shorten some items, you might even want to delete some (the ones that have nothing to do with the job that you are applying to). Keep only the ones that are relevant to the position you are applying. Also, look into creating a cover letter, they always make good impressions on employers (google for "sample cover letter"). Good luck!

Objective needs to be more specific. It should relate to the job you are applying for. It can be changed easily for different opportunities. Too many short term jobs before 2004. It sounds like you could not hold a job. You need to provide contact information for previous employers, Supervisor name, Phone # etc. Too much reading . I got bored. Maybe if you columned Place of employment, contact info. and work performed it would be easier to sort out the information they are looking for without getting bogged down in the things that they do not care about. You want to give enough info to sell your self, but remember their time is valuable and you want to make it easy for them to find what they need to know that you are the one they need.

Get it organized (as well as what everyone else suggested): it's too hard to quickly find info. Try columns with a header:

DATES POSITION

12.3.78 to 1.6.79 Security Officer

Westlake Security

2012 West Blvd, Westville

Duties Included: etc etc

1.04.73 to etc etc

There are maqny examples on line for you to follow.

Get rid of some strange words in your skills as well (ie: tactfulness--that's like listing friendly. That's a given).

Good luck

You list too many short-term jobs. At first glance, you look like a job-hopper. Eliminate the lawn service job and any others that were for less than six months.

objective is wordy

don't need words "start date/end date" - it's obvious what they are

This is not an essay. Don't need transition words,

Inconsistent in using phrases/sentences. Stick to phrases

If you are not presently working at the job, use past tense for verbs

Keep it to one page
