I want to send a letter to our local toystore. We received excellent service while shopping there.There was a sale on and we wanted to buy 2 car seats and a light stroller for our up coming holiday. We spoke with a lady called Lorna who gave us brilliant advice. And even knocked 10% more off our purchase.
Can you word a thank you letter that explains all that and our gratitute?!!!

P.S.: I didn't include the thing about the discount because I wouldn't mention it unless you know it was okay for her to do. She seems like an awfully nice lady, so I wouldn't want to get her in trouble. But if she was allowed to do it, by all means include it!

On July 15, 2009 I visited "Toy store" to purchase two car seats and a stroller. While there, Lorna (a Sales Associate) took the time to listen to our needs, answer our questions and make appropriate recommendations. Her product knowledge not only saved us time and money, but made us feel good about our purchases.
I wish all our shopping trips could be so easy.
