They both work.
I'd probably say "anybody here?"

You could say, "Anybody here?" or "Is anybody here".
"Anybody is here" is not a question.

If "anyone were HERE" then you would have seen them already.
I believe the proper expression SHOULD BE "Is anyone (anybody) THERE"?
