I was watching Prison Break and a guy was accusing another guy of killing someone and he said "I was in visitation, kojak"

"Kojak" is the name of an old-time television series. The main character is a cop; his name is Kojak, a wily detective. I have a hunch your guy was called Kojak derisively.
