as well as we can create same blank student details form in HTML with some text editor..
If That created word document file saved with ".HTML" extension...that won't run in browser..(if we want to run that with browser that for will download to aystem again)
as well as HTML create document will run as normal web page (as a form of blank student details).
That normal webpage which is created with text editor also have".html" extension ..

A programming language will tell browser how to display the file.

Just like if you write something in Hindu, i won't be able the read it. You need the right language for the program to understand the file

i'd not call HTML programming, yet decrease back on your quesiton. HTML is for coding web content and is punctiliously different to C++ and Java. All 3 artwork on all operating platforms (truly no longer merely homestead windows), yet Java is largely an same on all structures, the position C++ might want to require some minor variations until eventually your using some heavily operating device (homestead windows/mac/linux) libraries. C++ is more desirable low-element then Java, meaning this is faster than Java, in spite of the indisputable fact that this is going to take you longer to jot down courses. it truly is because Java does a lot of be perfect for you in the historic past which slows it down yet saves you time. Hypertext Preprocessor is a supplement to HTML, via that I propose Hypertext Preprocessor is used to create HTML and is no longer a alternative to HTML.

A normal word page is simple text. It cannot become an HTML page without some very complicated coding to tell the various browsers how to display the page.

This webpage gives you an example of what HTML code looks like: http://www.web-source.net/html_codes_chart.htm
