It's been a while since we were in contact, so I just wanted to know whether or not Mike has had time to troubleshoot the 'permissions' issue your colleagues have been experiencing. If he has had the time, could you please give me a brief update as to how far you have come in terms of trialling the software? Thank you.

apart fro the unforgivable use of "trialling", yes
