Usually MS Word goes for Software's. But that does not seem right. MS Word dictionary does not have "softwares". What is the plural for this. It is just software.

Software's can be used as follows:

The software's flaw was found in its code. (shows ownership).

The word itself is always singular:

'I own the software'.

'I own much software'.

'The ten software titles I own are paid for'.

'I have a thousand softwares'. (no good).

'I have two softwares, one game and one utility'. (no good).

'I have two software boxes, one game and one utility'. (good)

'I gots lotsa softwares, one fer larnin' Engerlish and one fer messing round wid'. (OK for Siberia).

Software is itself an uncountable noun and can be used as "software products" or "software solutions" etc.

An example... many software products out there in the market...

I understand your question. "Wares" does exist as a plural of "ware." But just as we don't have stores for selling "hardwares," we don't have "softwares." When we want to emphasize the plural we use expressions like "Kinds of software."
