It should be A) "don't say a word."

This is because the comma after "me" tells you that what comes next is a continuation of the "Hush little baby" and not a new sentence requiring a capital letter. If it were a period there, then the answer would be C.

The answer is D, because if the dialogue comes after a tag, the first word is capitalized.

Examples:

Wes turned to Eric and said, “It’s disgusting, the way you always get mad at everything.”

Hope this helped!
