I don't know about the spelling and can't find it in a dictionary yet. It might be le mon giust or something else like that. Or maybe it's one or two words?

A "moine" is a monk and "juste" means "juste, right, fair, exact..." but I am French and "le moine juste" does not sound right.
Since you are not sure of the spelling, if I close my eyes and imagine a heavy american/english accent and say that in French, I end end with.."le mot juste", so I agree with Jayne: "le mot juste" = "the right word".

Perhaps you are thinking of "le mot juste" which means the right word. Like when you are looking for just the right word for the situation at hand.

Sounds like if you add just the right amount of sugar and water, you'll have a nice summertime refreshment.
