What does despatch from sorting center mean?

okay so i ordered something on ebay on monday and they gave me a tracking number to track the package so i did. i tracked it on ems.com and also on ebay where it says track package on your purchase history, this is what i got from the ems.com site Timing Site Status

i'm kinda confused because they are different and i also dont understand what despatch from sorting center means. i need my package to arrive by the 11th of june, i live in chicago by the way and its coming from china., i never ordered anything from outside of the U.S. thanks!

The arranging and scheduling of mail for delivery from the sorting centre is called routing. The mail/parcels after sorting out will be ruoted through their offices/sub offices to get them delivered to the addresses.

This means that the parcel has been sorted and is on route to you. Their is usually no more updates through EMS until the parcel is delivered or attempted a delivery. EMS are known for delays, so If you haven't yet received your parcel after 8 days, don't worry, you will receive it soon. If it has been over 2 weeks, contact EMS.

I have never heard of the term despatch. I know what dispatch means which is to send out from. But I'm not sure is despatch means anything at all.

That is, it's already sent out from Tianjin City (closeby Beijing), the mail sorting center.
