I have to analyse a text for my English class and I wondered as a foreigner if "hullo" had any particular meanings : it is a more informal way of writing "hello" or anything like that?
Can it be translated as a happier "hello"?
Thank you very much.

'Hullo' is an alternative to 'hallo' when you start a conversation on the phone.
It is also another alternative to 'hello' as greeting. Anyway this spelling is used in British English.
Hope that helps.

It's just an alternative spelling. There is no different meaning.
