Aside from Cisco hating everyone in his platoon, there was one man whom he especially hated and his name was Stugart.
Is that sentence correct, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary-wise? Thanks.

No! The sentence could technically be called a run-on without a comma between "hated" and "and." You need a comma to separate independent clauses which are combined with conjunctions such as "and." I also like the suggestion of splitting the sentence up like Kaitlyn said.
Try:
Aside from Cisco hating everyone in his platoon, there was one man whom he especially hated, and his name was Stugart.
or
Aside from Cisco hating everyone in his platoon, there was one man whom he especially hated. His name was Stugart.

Almost correct but some corrections: look at the 2 carefully
Your sentence:
Aside from Cisco hating everyone in his platoon, there was one man whom he especially hated and his name was Stugart.
Correction:
A side from Cisco hating everyone in his platoon, there was one man whom he especially hated, and his name was Stugart.

I would say, "Aside from Cisco hating everyone in his platoon, there was one man whom he especially hated. His name was Stugart." It makes for a less rambling end to the sentence and gives it more drama. But other than that, the sentence is fully correct.

It's grammatically correct and with the exception of names, it's spelled correctly too. But it's awkward and doesn't really make a lot of sense. But hey, it IS correct. I'd suggest rephrasing as "Cisco hated everyone in his platoon, but there was one man whom he especially hated and his name was Stugart." If you say "Aside from Cisco hating everyone..." it sounds like you're about to discuss someone he actually liked. But you're not, so you shouldn't use "aside from."

I would say: "Aside from Cisco hating everyone in his platoon, there was one man whom he especially hated: Stugart."
OR
"Aside from Cisco hating everyone in his platoon, there was one man whom he especially hated. This mans' name is Stugart."
**Hope i've been of some help**

Yes, it's correct, but a little awkward. Try "...whom he especially hated: Stugart."

the 1st sentence is actual because of the fact "one," your difficulty, is singular. the 2d sentence is actual additionally, however the syntax is unusual. it would study greater valuable if it suggested, "I do this activity forcefully by ability of him."
