I bought a machine costing £300 the software would not work with the machine they sent me, i emailed the company for help, i waited a day no response, i emailed again, waited a day, no response, so i wrote a third email showing my anger, i called the company incompetent idiots, and useless. The manager then emailed me back saying saying he would not tolerate ABUSIVE WORDS, is incompetent idiots a abusive word?
Thanks

Idiot is a little offensive but incompetant is just an honest description of how you feel that their service has been towards you.

If I was you, I would apologise for using the word idiot but say that you hope they might understand your anger - to not have several emails answerered is similar to knocking on someones door and knowing that they are in, but won't answer the door to you. Emphasise that £300 is a fortune to you and that the thought that you might have chucked this away on a useless product causes much anxiety to your fanmily.

PS - THey do sound like idiots. Any business worth it's salt would have just appologised profusely.

When complaining to a company it is wise not to let your temper get the better of you and not to write things that many people would interpret as abusive. Stick to the facts about your machine, do not make rude remarks about the company's personnel. Just keep repeating the fact that the machine does not do what it was advertised to do, adding possibly that you have many friends who will look at your experience and not buy from that company.

Isnt it funny that they wouldnt respond to all other communications until you told them exactly how you felt. Sounds like to me you hit the nail on the head with your comment. I would respond back asking for an explanation of why he feels they are not incompetent as you tried to request help on multiple occassions with not even so much as a reply back explaining they might be busy and will get to your problem as soon as they could.

Now when you ask them to explain why they are not incompetent you may not get a response... us Americans are asking our government the same thing, and they just give us this look like their a dog trying to read the wall street journal.

The truth hurts... and sounds like you stung them!

Good job! & G'luck

No it's two words. Whether they're abusive depends on how you use them. It sounds as though you've been abusive and lost the argument.

Never bother to complain by email. It's a waste of electricity. Always complain in writing - that's what Word is for. Keep it factual. Say what's happened, why it's unacceptable and what you want them to do about it.
