You can say:

"Please reply by June 25th."

or you can say:

"Please reply by the 25th of June."

Americans will usually use the first example because it is shorter and more direct. If you use the second example, you do need 'the.'

I am 17 years old and I am a student at St.John's school. I am responsable, hard-working and serious. My teachers always say I am one of the most hard-working pupils in my class. I've worked as a cashier in a shop and I have served customers in a fast-food restaurant, so I am used to working with people. At the moment, I am working in a shop called "Computer World". I am interested in the possibility of working for you in your restaurant because I would like to have the opportunity to apply my Knowledge as a waitress. The earliest date that I could start working at Starlight Café is 20th June. I will send you my photo, I will be waiting for your reply. Yours truly, María Bones Thank you! Usually when you apply for a job you do not send them a picture of your self. I hope i helped. x x

"Please reply by the 25th of June" would be the right answer

You're referencing a specific date so in this case, "the" is needed.

In British English we would SAY "the" but not WRITE it.
