1'What is the good ways to greet new friends from internet?'

2'What is the good ways of greeting new friends from internet?'

Can you tell me the diffrence?
Is there any problem with the phrases?

Should I use 'efficient' instead of 'good'?

I'd say, "What are the best ways of greeting new friends on the internet?" (or you could say, "most efficient ways"). "Greet" is the verb. "of greeting" and "to greet" are virtually interchangeable.

A lot is wrong with both sentences. If you are asking for many ways to greet the friend as the plural "ways" suggest then you should use the word " are" as opposed to "is". In addition you are misusing the word "THE" which should normally precede a noun. Perfect would be : WHAT ARE SOME GOOD WAYS TO GREET NEW FRIENDS YOU MET WHILE ON THE INTERNET? This way it is clear that you are not still on the internet and that y ou do not wish to know how to greet them over the web.Unless of course thats exactly what you mean?

Both are wrong but not for the reason you think. They should read like this.

1'What is A good way to greet new friends from internet?'

2'What is A good way of greeting new friends from internet?'

It depends on whether you use plural "ways" or singular "way".

It could go either of these ways ( I changed it a bit so it sounds natural)

1. What are some good ways of greeting friends online?

2. What is a good way to greet a friend online?

It's hard to explain why an I would spend awhile but overall it's just one of those things that are tricky in the englih language but you have to get used to it.

Hope I helped.
