Actually, love has no concrete meaning. It has so universal meaning. The meaning is depend on the person or thing who feel it. But generally love is the shape of what we feel and think. Usually, we can feel a joyful, happiness and admiration to someone or something. So, when you say I Love You, it means you feel joyful, happiness or even admiration to her. For that reason, you really want to be with her all the time. Not even a little bit time without her. Sometimes we want to do everything to make her happy.

Keep in mind that this is just my view on what "I love you" really means. Other people might disagree and I can respect it if they do, but I think "I love you" means that the person saying it has really strong and honest and positive feelings of affection and/or caring toward the person being spoken to, feelings that are hard to ignore, feelings that are distinctly stronger than just "liking," feelings that are not likely to just go away.
