Sooo this dude at my school was talking about drugs and everything and i'm really concerned cuz he said he tweeks? my other friend said he hasn't smoked enough to do that yet. What's that mean? and no, i do not smoke. i am not illegal. I'm just concerned. Thank you!

When someone tweeks it is either because they are smoking crack or snorting coke. It means they have to do something with their hands. Like typing or playing the guitar, stuff like that.

how do you report them and get them kicked out of an apartment building; this lady tore out all her carpet and threw furniture out the window we cant sleep and the landlord tells me to solve it because I am a socail worker by profession. I don't want her to retaliate. cant she be evicted for these behaviors, if not by the landlord who collects his rent, but by whom?
