The grammatically correct way to write this is "Lucas's performance".

The only time you form the possessive by adding only an apostrophe is when the person's name is ancient, like "Jesus' sermons".

Lucas's. If it were Lucas', it would indicate that it was the performance of more than one people named Luca.

Both are correct. "Lucas's" is used mostly in the United States. "Lukas' " is used mostly in the UK and the Commonwealth.
