Oh yeah, Saint Elmo's fire (not the movie) is also called corposant. It is the ligntening like discharge (usually from pointed objects, like the mast of a ship) which can happen during violent storms.

Do you mean like En Fuego? The other person(above) must have just done a search on fire in Merriam Webster and just copied down all of them, because some of those were ridiculous. Saint Elmo's Fire? Really? Anyways, he pretty much covered it all. Firestorm, Firefox, Fire farter, fire starter, eh.
