This phrase is used on the movie Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. This is the only place I've ever heard this used and I can't find an origin or meaning anywhere on the internet.

If you "get bent" it means to be bent over by somene, usually to have anal sexual intercourse.
As far as helmet, it ould be a reference to a person's job (military or construction) or a name (helmut) or ethnicity.
