The best dictionary, in my opinion, would be this one:

http://dictionary.reference.com/

Whenever you search a word, it shows you the pronunciation under the word, and you can also listen to pronunciations, by clicking the speaker icon next to the word.

It also gives you etymologies and examples within sentences of that particular word, so that you can understand how to use it.

Also, the Thesaurus section (look at the menu above the search) shows you a great deal of synonims and antonyms. Quick link to it: http://thesaurus.com/

Also, the synonims to a word are organized, depending on the meaning of the word.

Some words have multiple meanings, or nuances and a small explanation for the list of synonims is given, which I think is really great.

For phrase meanings, I'd recommend

http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/

It's been the most helpful for me, whenever I had to look up an expression I didn't understand.

once you're touching on the 4 asterisks, it incredibly is regular as a fashion of cursing the 4 letter words like the "F" observe or the "S" observe w/o getting into complication. The 4 asterisks isn't an exact observe in the Webster dictionary

I can't think of a dictionary that doesn't have a system that explains how to pronounce words.
