I'm not a native speaker and I'd like to know what these words mean. Is it the same as "you are"?
For example in David Guetta's song Sexy B*tch he's like "Damn you's a sexy b*tch"
And is you's and youse the same?

it generally means you are. (sometimes are you--"youse going?" most often said--'you going?' with 'are' being implied.)

in the song, if there is actually an apostrophe (you's), then hes saying '...you is a sexy...' which is of course grammatically incorrect, and he means 'you are'.

and yes. you's and youse are the same.

Those are not actual words.

People use "you's" as a contraction for "you is" which is very bad grammar in the first place. It should be "you ARE." Sometimes it's used as the plural of "you" which is completely wrong because the word "you" is singular as well as plural.

People use "youse" in much the same manner as above.

In this instance you's is supposed to be a contraction of you and is, which is absolutely horrible grammar but it is a song song so I guess there is the whole poetic license thing.

Youse is also the yankee version of y'all. A colloquial way of expressing you in plural form.

He's saying, "You is," which is actually not proper grammar. It should be "You are," but songs lyrics don't always follow the rules.

It's the uneducated version of "you're" or "you are"

you s

"you all." In the south they say y all, up north, "you s". Used in plural.
