If you're talking about Duran Duran's "Come Undone," it's about drugs, sex, and the beautiful but desperate depths that it can take you to. "My Immaculate dream, made breath and skin, I've been waiting for you" = the person or feeling you've always wanted, now you have it "Signed with a home tattoo, happy birthday to you, was created for you" = something that you feel has been a part of you from the start, and something that now cannot be undone once you've done it, like a tattoo "Can't ever keep from falling apart at the seams, cannot believe you're taking my heart to pieces" = you can't keep yourself from it... it's so much a part of you, when you don't have it you can't stay together as a person, you're so addicted. I think it's a kinda negative word.. Like.. Being upset/angry/sad or breaking down or something? Sort of like losing control? It can mean a lot of things (see the link, it's really good :) Best of luck.
