Decadent means excessive and over-the-top. A cake can be decadent if it is over-laden with chocolate, cream, and candies. Someone can live decadently by having 3 swimming pools, 2 mansions and flying to the groceries in a private jet. Use it in a sentence when you feel that the behavior in question is so lavish it is almost wrong! Glad I could help! =D
