I just want to make sure from the message that I am going to send to my colleague who is going to come back to work after l leave on vacation. Since English is not my first language, could you please help me by reviewing and modifying it including its title (if required)?

MESSAGE:

As the time u read this email, you will be in the office. So welcome back and hope you really enjoyed your vacation.

I am sending this email just to update you with the project progress. What I have done so far are:
1. Implemented the system blueprint
2. Finished the development for the first phase

Also, I did the first scan cycle and the report shows that don't have any problem. Attached is the scan report. Please note that I did report this to anybody else except you.

Regarding my working files, you can find everything on the development environment.
